Are Facebook fanpages indexed by Google?

Is there any SEO organic search value from a fanpage?

Yes, they are indexed by Google.

I'm not sure what you mean by "SEO organic search value", but Google does index and rank facebook fanpages and you can link to your web site from your fanpage. Or link to your fanpage from anywhere like a regular web page.

You can build backlinks to your fanpage like any other page by posting, for example, blog comments with a link back to the fanpage. Or putting your fanpage link in forum profiles and signatures.

Yes fanpages are indexed by Google! Best is when your fan page has more than 25 fans so that you get a username and a custom url and if you post10 times a day something informative and moreover latest then chances increases 7 times to get indexed. Plus you can also share your FB fan page update on Google+ using hash tags to get faster results.

They are indexed because they are actually a URL after all. But they are not indexed on first page.

definitely the page is indexed by google, facebook generates static page for fanpage. you can find fanpage in ranking as well for low volume search keywords

Yes..they do index fb fan pages but keep in mind when you look google for that using site:www.domain.com sometimes google will not show them. I experienced it. My domains have more than 2k+ backlinks but google show only 980 indexed links. As far as panda is concerned, it loves social media websites more than anything. So have fun creating fan pages on FB.

I don't think Facebook would ban your fan page if you were driving traffic to your fan page. However I think you should only worry when you decide to use these same "black hat" tactics to drive traffic away from Facebook as I have been made aware of many incidents were pages have been banned. Facebook are not really friendly to systems, which are created to take members away form their platform. One can understand that their business depends on members staying logged in within the platform.

OR

You could change your username of your fan page (vanity URL) and post within Facebook to generate traffic and links. One useful strategy would be to connect to all the other authoritative fan pages within your niche and link post with them. A bit like forum marketing but instead of having a sig file you have a username, which invites curiosity from fans. Here is my URL for my fan page www.fb.com/ManieAmariFP
So literally you could be getting your fan page in front of thousands of potential prospects.
