Hi all, I don't get it... I have an exact match domain that gets 70K monthly local searches. It is in position 1 of first page results on google, but I'm only averaging about 35 unique visitors each day? Can you offer any suggestions to increase my CTR? I feel confident that I have a good title/description showing in the SERPs, but clearly something is wrong... I should be seeing at least 25% (more like 200 unique a day) of traffic no? |

Make sure those 70K searches are EXACT match searches. More than likely you looked at phrase or broad matched. If that's not the case, then make sure you're not seeing personalized search results showing higher rankings than what you really have.

![]() Are you sure your not getting personalized search results, & you only think your page is #1 in the SERPs? Check again running Chrome Incognito, do you get the same results? If you get personalized SERP results, you could actually be on page #5, only your seeing page #1.

Agree 100% here, sounds like it could be 70k broad or phrase match searches.

Hey guys thanks for the replies... This is 70K is EXACT, not broad - I verified again. Also, the position 1 on page 1 is not based on my personalized SERP results... I've checked it on numerous PC's when logged out of google. I also called a friend out of state and had him check it lol. Here's one more weird detail - when I check the site in webmaster tools, the EMD search term shows an average position of 30 in the SERPs???? Any more ideas what the deal could be? |

Could be your browser making you show up as number one as others have said.

Check again in case, you confuse that 70K is the broad number.
