when does a site gets banned in googlewhat are the different issues. Pls explain me

In general a site gets "sandboxed" by google. It falls into the pages and pages for the search term and will not receive much, if any, traffic.

If a site is sandboxed, it isn't banned. Sandbox and banned aren't the same. The OP asked about bans, not about the sandbox.

A site that is banned, is not listed anymore at all. It's completely de-indexed from the serps. Hence banned, the word already says it.
A ban can happen if the owner of the site acts against google guidelines.

You can reverse it if you purchased the site like that unknowingly from certain registrats, according to Google themselves. If you sandboxed it yourself, then you may be out of luck. If not, then check that out.

for a new site, new domain with a lot of backlinks will get sandbox. bacause of that if your site still new born don't do bomb link.

if a site gets blocked, it will not be visible to visitors or you can say it will be completely removed from search engine indexed.

I think if you use copy content or use black SEO on your website, then you will be banned.
