Website/SEO/Social Media (Central Ohio)

Growing small business is looking for someone to manage our website and social media presence. It is currently very limited but we're looking to greatly expand this in 2012. We are a growing plumbing services and contracting company. Great job for someone looking for a part time gig. Excellent knowledge of SEO is a must.

Pay would be based upon new sales generated via our Internet presence. Very limited hourly pay may be available. Excellent pay potential for the right candidate, this could also grow into a full time position.

Location: Central Ohio
Compensation: Commision

I saw this ad on Craigslist when I was searching for leads.

Run away. Don't walk. anytime anyone says in SEO that you should work on commission its an indication they have no budget for their business or they do not value SEO. In either case if I rank you then I've done my job. having to see if you can close a sale in order for me to get paid is a red flag.

Part time thing is another dead give away

Or you could always try to grab leads and sell leads in the area with your own website...sounds like the competition may not be that tough..
