Blog SEO?

Dear warriors,
I created a blog in blogger 2 months ago for the purpose of affiliate marketing(amazon). My product is very cheap( kindle skins). I added onpage optimization factors such as title, meta description, meta keywords etc. In each post there is 5 to 6 line content about the product with image. Image linked the affiliate URL.
then i start link building for the targeted keyword. All the posts has been indexed in google but still i didn't see the results for my keyword even in the 100 pages. I have also checked the competition for my keyword. I found it low competitive when i analyzed the competitors.
My questions are why my blog is not showing any progress for my desired keyword ? Did i make any mistake ? What should i do to do its SEO ?

you need to update your onpage optimization, currently you are using 135 character is title while google only counts first 69 character. Site is not well optimized . If keyword is low competitive then you just need to do proper onpage optimization to get desired results.

Do on page SEO and Link Building as well. Hire some expert for this so it would become easier for you.

I use Blogger for supporting backlinks, but never as my money site. Always Wordpress for that, hosted on my own domain.

On page should be correct as well as keep the content updated and do link build from high pr sites.

Does the blog take much more time to rank rather than a website ? If yes then how much time is expected to see the little bit of results ?

No it doesn't take too much time but like people have said your SEO is not very good. Fix your SEO or outsource it. Then keep putting on quality information that's up to date. No one can tell you how long it will take but it will take some patience on your part.
