Hi, I have writing posts on my blog Biksy.com since 2007, although not very regularly. And recently I have started a website on social and political issues ProbingLens.com. Now I want to move all my existing posts from biksy.com to probinglens.com so that I can use biksy.com as a website where I can showcase my works. But i do not want to lose traffic that comes to these articles, nor I want to lose the search ranking they have, whatever low ranking they have. For that I was thinking of moving the post from Site A to Site B using 301 redirect for each of the URLs. But I was wondering if that would be enough? Can I move the articles from one place to another without losing any traffic, ranking, and without making my posts look duplicate to Google? What will be the SEO backlash if I do so? Or Is it ok to do so? I almost forgot to mention that both of them are powered by WordPress. Thanks Bikram |

Thanks for your reply, but i was wondering won't it create confusion to search bots? Won't it affect my ranking?
