Adsense on Amazon Affiliate website and syndicated content website

Hi,

I was wondering that can I place Adsense ads on the following type of website:

1. StargateMerchandise.com and ChromeBooksReview.com (these are autoblog websites which takes product and product descriptions from Amazon and post on them)
2. http://creditrepairclass.net (this website 3-4 original articles and rest has been syndicated 9hand-picked) from article directories like Ezinearticles, etc.

3. Can I run adsense of a website which has 100% syndicated content like articles, videos, press releases etc.?

Please let me know what is the AdSense policy in this regard. And if possible please copy here the link for policy reference.

One more thing I wanted to ask:

if syndicated content is not considered good then how Adsense is allowed on EzineArticles and Hubpages, GoArticles (which hardly has any original article)? Most of the articles there are used at other places as well.
