Whenever I search for a keyword, I see that google top ten pages have hundrend thousands of backlinks. How can people do that? Is it possible to do it manually?

If it's a hot market it could be the sites you're seeing have been around for many years. Plenty of time to get lots of backlinks.

No, defenetly not manually. I think Maybe with some software like Scrapebox.

That is not achieved in a few days or months. It could even take years.

There are different ways to build high amounts of backlinks. Some require software while others don't (take youtube for example).

It takes a very long time plus when a big company has an affiliate program, the links seem to spread like a wild fire.

If you set aside time each night for backlinking and don't go to sleep until you get at least (blank) number of backlinks, you can get thousands each year.

Here is a chart of number of backlinks per night for 365 days at a time:

5 links a night = 1825 links a year

10 links a night = 3650 links a year

20 links a night = 7300 links a year

Now consider if each of your affiliates gets you one link per week and you have 100 affiliates. That would be an extra 5200 links each year. And that is on autopilot.

The sites have probably been around for years and has gained a lot of authority in the search engines. When this happens, sites like these are able to get backlinks naturally -- meaning without someone having to go and hunt them down. My blog has started doing the same thing -- even though it's not two years old, yet. The cool thing about it is that you get backlinks from places you didn't know existed and wouldn't have been able to get on your own (like search engines from various countries that have high page rank and Alexa ranking).

it mainly done with programs like scrapebox or if your website goes viral then lots of other websites will link to it.
