Can SpyFu be trusted in Adsense?

Hi warriors,
I want to make money with Adsense. Lots of people said that we can use SpyFu to know how much $$$ can we earn per click for the particular keyword / niche. Is this right?

These tools (Google Adwords Keyword Tool aka GAKT and SpyFu) all show how much money you have to spend to advertise on that keyword in the search results, not how much you earn. They also show greatly differing values very often. To get a very conservative estimate take the lowest value you can find for a certain keyword and take 30% from that. That's the payout you'll have per click on average.

I would add that, sometimes it might be even lower than 30% of that..

Yes you can't really be sure. It helps to check the number of advertisers in SpyFu and only choose keywords with a lot of advertisers (>10). They will hopefully be constantly outbidding each other and thus give a higher chance of a good, average CPC.
