How to get guest authors for my site who can write on seo,social media,blogging??/

You can make a page for that on your blog so that visitors could be aware that you accept guest post.

You could go to a freelance website and try and get writers. Offer free backlinks back to there blog and mix that with a small price per post.

Otherwise, unless your blog has some high authority, it might be difficult to get people to guest post.

There are a few communities where blog owners can find guest authors and the opposite, the most known are myblogguest.com and Blogger LinkUp.
