Before my blog got some age on it and started getting backlinks naturally, I always did it manually. I was told that if you get too many backlinks at one time, it looks suspicious to the search engines. You have to be really careful, especially with all the updates they're making to Google and what not. I honestly don't think there is a quick way. I would just do them myself if I were you.
