how accurate is adbeat?

hey guys i heard about adbeat.

if I enter a domain, will it get every single ad that runs on this site?

how accurate is this? it doesn't give me clicks or conversion information.

most importantly a how do I know it's the complete list of ads on that site? different sites has lot of different pages, does adbeat crawl and scrape ads from every single page it encounters?
