Google AdWords v/s Facebook PPC

We can agree to some extent, Facebook ads gain some popularity when people click on them. But, the main question here is, do they get importance as much as Google AdWords?

I would say no. When a person is on Facebook, they are not really in much of a buying mentality. They are simply going about their social life.

People are searching for information and products while on google, not searching for friends.

No, facebook ads is circulated inside the private social network unlike Google ads which is seen publicly and even comes up in the search result. I think the choice between Google ads and Facebook ads is still up to the advertiser's preference.

I have never used facebook ads for promotion... But Yes, facebook is good source for driving traffic to the website.

I believe facebook advertising has less reach and limited to certain age group. This is why I haven't jumped into facebook advertising yet.

Moreover, Facebook Ads are not keyword triggered... It depends on the age group and interest of the user. Whereas, Google Adwords are facebook triggered.

The traffic from Facebook are of large quantity but of not much quality as compared to the Google adword.So, in terms of profitable business adwords campaign are effectual in compare to Facebook.
