I Get More Back links from a same site, why ?

i was doing nothing except link building for my site. Once i made a comment post in a blog site. After three days i could not get any visits or back links from that submitted site. Then a week later i watched some visits from that site and got more than 75 back links from the same site.

I din know how within a short time, a bulk of back links added from a same site. I got doubt that those back links are mere useless or will help to improve my site position in SE.

Am waiting for the result whether it helps to improving my site position in SE. Like a Man waiting for a Gold Egg.

We have been doing split testing on different back linking methods for quite some time now and one of them consisted of course blog commenting.

Although it took some time to figure out how to do it properly we realize quickly that he needs to be organic as it does not help our Google rankings rather we only get direct traffic and if you are legitimately commenting on something and contributing value with the inclination that you have more information to share people will click through to your site.

So in summary doing back linking from blog commenting has not helped us increase rankings in search engines but has contributed a little bit of traffic directly from the sites.

It is my suggestion that you use blog commenting in the same methodology that you use forums. Be a real member contribute value and show you have much more to share.

I don't think they are useless. But whatever it is, try to do quality work without checking your stats continuously. It gives confuse, nothing else. But you really want Golden egg then start putting concentration on content with your backlinks.

The links that you posted on that site probably finally got indexed.. Indexing isn't instantaneous....

I did not understood it properly, 1. you made blog comment on a blog? or 2. you did a blog post on blog?

if your answer is 1. then it will be a widget of recent blog comments that gave you many backlinks from different blogs, if your answer is 2. then it might be possible that your post is visible at bottom of different posts in the blog with your link.

pls elaborate further more.

Backlinks are not useless but it be more useful for the site traffic and to make the site more visible on web. As from the before time backlinks has play the important role in site results and playing now also & in future as well.
But just the thing is to get the quality backlinks by providing the quality content in the post and on high pr & authority sites.

Yes, rushikesh, my answer is 1. i made blog comment on a blog. i got many back links from different blogs and some of them from the same blog too.

I just checked even today but the same status. Back links are not reducing from the blog site.

You were probably listed under the "Recent Comments" sidebar aspect of WordPress and got a temporary sitewide from the blog.

Yes, I think your comment is fallen under recent comments and placed on home page and that would be displayed in all the pages, so you have got such huge links in short time. However, as far as that site content is unique and have quality as well, those pages are not spammy - you do not have to worry, Obviously you are going to get golden egg.

Theeban, is there any example. or did u get like this golden egg at anytime.
