you'll find that many different people have many different interpretations of adsense TOS. I literally see people say that its a 100% yes you can, and a 100% no you can't.

What I have to say, is don't try to cheat adsense to make money, and you won't get banned. Usually

Hope this helps

You will surely end up getting banned by adsense if they find out (they surely will).Instead, buy cheap real human traffic from reliable places.

If your going to buy traffic and direct it to your site then direct it to a page which doesn't have Adsense script installed. You can find wordpress plugins and themes which will allow you to turn Adsense on and off different posts and pages.

My advice, if your willing to pay for paid traffic, invest it in a service where they'll help you rank your site in order to get organic traffic. This will always be your safest bet.

I'm going to recommend this guy as his service has been excellent at ranking most if not all the KW's I give him with the url.

You might want to carefully read the section in Google Adsense Program Policies on Traffic found here:

Adsense Program Policies

If you are choosing to use paid traffic you will see it references your site must meet the standards found here:

Landing Page and Site Quality Guidelines

Then there is still the Catch-22 Phrase they leave in the policies which states "complies with the spirit of"... in other words, it is totally up to their discretion.

Of course, the basic answer to your question is YES they do allow it, since they are stating standards you have to meet IF YOU USE IT.
