How Low is Low?

So we all know that getting a link on a page with pagerank is good, but if that page has low OBL it is that much better. So my question is how few outbound links qualifies as low? Lets say you get a link on the homepage of a PR6 site. How many OBL would be considered low on such a page?

Probably less than 5 OBL.

One can not say about the particular amount of the OBL , but page should not have more outbound links as it be negative affect in the pagerank calculation.
