Default Buy a ready made website or build one?

Hi,

I'm in the process of building my first website for adsense. I found some great related keywords that have all the golden criteria for a perfect keyword, I checked them with Market Samurai, Traffic Travis, SerpIQ, SpyFu and all the indications are that they are great profitable keywords that are easy to rank for.

I also found someone here on the forum who offers to create websites that are guaranteed to make at least $30/month with adsense and will not leave until the website is making money or he'll buy it back. He is someone with good reputation so I trust him.

So now I'm confused, which option should I go for? I mean that's my first website I want it to make money. So if I go for the guaranteed earning website at least I will have some income to build other websites. But if I build it myself there is a chance it will fail and I'm on a tight budget. The costs for both are the same as I'm planning to outsource any way

So I need advice which option to go for?. One option is more risky than the other.

Thank you
Ahmed

I would suggest that you buy a ready made website since it was your first.. Spend a lot of time for it and when you can make money then you can build your own website and you can use your first website as your reference. Hope that helps..

My suggestion for you is to not do any of the done for you services. The reason why I say this is because to get a done for you website to pull a decent amount of profit you're going to have to have a firm foundation in the understanding of online marketing. So start off with building and creating your own site.

To give you a clear understanding of this lets bring this to the brick-and-mortar business.

You can buy into a franchise such as McDonald's which they give you a ready-made business plan and product but without a firm understanding of how the industry and marketing works it is guaranteed to fail.

I would suggest building your own, in turn giving you the knowledge and experience.

Or buy the site to have a bit of income and drive to build a successful site, while working on your own build at the same time.
