How much do you usually earn through adsense in the beginning? Suppose if you are running adsense on 2 sites, how much do you normally earn the first 6 months?

impossible question to answer. depends on the size of your sites, niche, CPC etc.... any then there's the varying CTR to take into account.

I'd say stop worrying about the 'How much?' and 'How soon?' questions and just get stuck in! If you're not seeing the results you want then the secret is.... WORK HARDER!!!

Depends on the stats of the site, it could vary by thousands literally

I was told by someone that they earned less than a buck in the beginning. Now they are earning almost 1500/month. This makes me stick to it. I'm not earning much but I hope it would be possible. Most people tell same story.

Every person is different. Some people do pretty well out of the gate and others take time to ramp up, and yet others don't make a dollar. Just get traffic to your site and see how it does.

Adsense is about more than just tossing up a few ads. A website that gets only a few views a day can generate money with Adsense if the page is prepared properly for Adsense and of a subject that makes the viewer want MORE information than what's on the page. Finding the perfect medium to have a good page...but not too good... is the essence of making a profit with Adsense.

like Bofu says, everyone is different. I'm only just starting myself, some months I make pennies and some months I make pounds. I know it's not much right now but that's because I'm learning. Every time something goes wrong I take note, learn from it and move on. The CTR on my first couple of sites was a healthy 10-15%, yet this month it has literally flat lined, even though my traffic has more than trippled! I'm still not sure of the reason why but I will figure it out, until then I'm progressing by building a bigger BETTER site.

Treat it as a learning curve my friend, as long as you keep learning, you're never losing.

The other thing that matters is what the CPC or contextual CPC averages are for your topic. One site of mine had 11 $.20 cent clicks yesterday off a bunch of traffic. Another site had 1 $2.39 cent click off of like 30 hits.

You can make good money off of low traffic if you pick valuable keywords.

In my first 6 months on Adsense I only earn $210 with 5 websites. But results vary depending on your works and efforts.

It depend on your ability and hardwork .I basically earn $35/day on average since 1 year.

How many website do you have adsense on. Do you research for CTR for your keyword or just traffic?

I started with adsense about 3 months ago and I'm making $15/day on average. This is from 1 site only and I believe I got lucky with that one.

My best tips is to take your time with keyword research. Keyword research together with SEO will make you money. I suggest working with 1 site or maybe 2 sites at a time until you rank them to nr 1. From here you will notice if the site is profitable enough.

After the site is ranking for the main keyword, add more articles and work with seo to rank new keywords, this way you can keep your focus to one site and make sure it makes money before you head on to another project.

I believe that adsense can be very profitable if done right

Earnings depend on many factors: Niche (CPC), traffic, etc.
You also need quality content, some SEO, traffic...

If you are lucky and have few pages on top10 SERP for some popular keywords with high CPC (few $) then you can easily make $100 per day.
