Hi. Since Yahoo Backlink Checker is no longer around, was thinking of using Majestic SEO. Just wondering (1) how accurate is this software? and (2) where do they pull the list of external links from? (I was under the impression most tools used Yahoo Backlink Checker). Cheers. Jim. |

There's no tool that will show you all the backlink information (including YSE), but saying that Majestic SEO is probably the best at present. They maintain their own data (as do SEOmoz, ahrefs etc), so they aren't reliant on Yahoo, Google or anyone else for backlink data. |

No tools reveal all backlinks but Majestic is among the top since I've been using it.

I think no backlink checker tool can give you accurate result, as we know web is too big and not a single site can crawl all the web not even so please post your link to related category where needed and analysis your traffic from any Analytic system like Google analytics.!

That is the one I use and I find it to be the most accurate.

I use MajesticSEO to check a lot of website stats, however I mainly use SEO Powersuite. The thing that annoys me is that MajesticSEO always shows more backlinks than SEO Powersuite's SEO Spyglass does. Anyone else dealt with this? |

I use Majestic and backlinkwatch.com. I find a combination of these does me pretty well.

Think you can get quite a good version of MajesticSEO via Market Samurai, one time fee You can pull a whole load of links.. categorized by Anchor Text Don't think you can do this with the free version |

Are you referring to a bonus version of MajesticSEO from a purchase of Market Samurai? Because I have not heard of this. Do you have a link? I currently use SEO Powersuite. I used to have Market Samurai, but I got Powersuite and never looked back, but getting a pro account of MajesticSEO would be a good investment if it is true. Let me know, thanks! |
