Ranking lost but new posts indexed in a second

A few days ago I changed the titles and descriptions of two posts. Three days ago the primary keyword of my site disappear. Some people on the forum told if I want my ranking back, I need to add new unique posts and add backlinks. I keep doing these two things, but nothing happened now.

Any one can give specific suggestions or solutions?

I find another thing: Google index my new post nearly in a second. What does this mean?

Google indexed your sites in minutes its a good sign. Yes you should add new quality post and quality links
