Google traffic from non English web2.0 sites

I created over 100 blog post on foreign web2.0 sites (es,fr,de,nl).Text written by native writers. So 1 unique blog post per site. No spinning or other money saving options used. About 25% blogs got PR now as I was promoting backlinks too. Product that I'm selling is on high demand in Eu and Us. Same pricing but only foreign traffic that converts is spanish. French and german convert real bad even though I get more of that traffic. How come it wont convert?
Stupid me dont know what I'm doing wrong.
btw...all foreign backlinks are at least 6 months old.

	bouncing
