Default Flexibility Theme for Wordpress

hey guys,

anyone here use the flexibility theme for wordpress. it's the free version to the flexsqueeze template?

i am having trouble figuring out if it is pre-formatted to allow images. or do i have to add the image to my text?

reason i ask is because i have a product review site and someone recommended this theme to me saying it was specially designed for reviewing products. well i can't figure out how to add images of the products themselves.

also on an seo front, will it be better for on page seo to have images embedded with the theme itself or to place them into the text of the post?
