Default which keywords are better?

I have a choice here.

KeywordAReviews.com
- 110 local searches EXACT - 41,000 competition pages - adwordstools says low competition

KeywordBSpecificProduct.com - 1,900 local searches EXACT - 23,000 competition pages - adwordtools says med competition

Note:
competition pages search using double quote search in google "keywordAReviews"
Top 3 pages are, the products website
Google's products pages
amazon.com

Which one is better?

110 local searches is too low regardless. Are they exact match searches?

The Adwords competition is exactly that NOT search engine competition.

To evalute a keyword you need to know the search engine competition. i.e. the strength of the top 10 (5) serach results

"competition pages" is a useless measure and tells you nothing

Why not just grab both of them?

I realize that sounds condescending, don't mean it this way at all. It's just domain names are so inexpensive that both could be worth the investment for testing each.

@Tony Marriott, how do you measure the strength of the top 10?
Top 4 pages are,
1)the products website
2)Google's products pages
3)amazon.com
4)nodrstorm

@Doug, I might just do that. Thanks.
