As for as SEO goes, it doesn't matter. Choose whichever one you think looks better.

If its 3 or more hyphens, then you take the .info, but 1 or 2 hyphens is fine.

I won't advise you to go for .info domain... Its quite a controversial domain extension. For some reasons, webmasters believe that websites with .info extensions are spam. If I were you, I would have gone for later option. |

From my personal experience, I'd recommend dashes over .info's. IMHO. |

Seriously go with a .net over a .info if you have the choice. Although you can make the .info work if need be.

.net is a classic TLD or top level domain name in my experience trump all.
