domainname.info vs domain-name.net

For SEO purposes, which one is better?

As for as SEO goes, it doesn't matter. Choose whichever one you think looks better.

If its 3 or more hyphens, then you take the .info, but 1 or 2 hyphens is fine.

I won't advise you to go for .info domain... Its quite a controversial domain extension. For some reasons, webmasters believe that websites with .info extensions are spam.

If I were you, I would have gone for later option.

Bad advice. Do your own due diligence, or even better listen to what Google/Matt Cutts say on the issue. Domain extensions have no effect in the search results. These topics have been discussed to death here.

I am doing great with .infos, thank you very much.

From my personal experience, I'd recommend dashes over .info's. IMHO.

Seriously go with a .net over a .info if you have the choice. Although you can make the .info work if need be.

Domain extension doesn't matter in SEO, it is just for country specification.

you should select which is look more better and easy to write on address bar

.net is a classic TLD or top level domain name in my experience trump all.
