I have a site that should be ranking for the "EMD" but it is not. I have never had this problem before but this one site was built by a new developer. It is not pretty buy should rank. Looking at my page source ... does anyone know if there are noticeable problems? Why Does it? |

You have to do onpage optimization and increase content.Else the ranking won't increase.

Your on page factors are also affect the search engine ranking. You need to check it first.

More unique content on home page, at least 500 words.

Well, sometimes even EMDs does not perform well... Content of website does matter. Your website seems fluffy (this could be one reason for not ranking). Moreover, your EMD contains 2 stop words out of 3... and stop words are ignored by search engine (this could be another reason). You have just 2 inbound links and no outbound links (one more reason). |
