seo documents for clients

I don't know if I am posting this in the right place but here goes!

I am wanted to get new clients I am trying to figure out what documents I need when servicing clients/Acquiring new clients. Stuff like new client proposals etc?

I found a website that sells all the information, seo start up business kit does anybody have reviews on this product or where I can find help being pointed in the right direction to getting the proper documentation.
