I have an education site and would like to discuss some of the most popular schools for the education niche. One of them happens to be an advertiser that pops up in my Adsense ads a lot. Is this okay or would it be considered enticing someone to click?

As far as I understand the rules, you can mention them, you just couldn't tell or even ask them to click the ads. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong!

Its fine as long as you don't entice them to click on your ads in any way, for example don't mention that they are advertising on your site

Thanks! I figured that was the case, but I wanted to double-check.
