how more no of people will posts guests articles to my blogs. How can i gathered such peoples who are willing to guest post for links and exposure to their business.

There are a few communties where bloggers can find blog authors and the opposite, the most popular are myblogguest.com and bloggerlinkup.com both of them are really great.

Myblogguest.com is by far the largest one but with bloggerlinkup.com it might be easier for you to find guest bloggers since thru bloggerlinkup.com you can featured your request for guest posts in their newsletter for free, and then every guest blogger who wants to guest post on your blog he/she can send you his/her offer.

To tell you the truth in the beginning it will be difficult to find guest bloggers since your PR is 0 and your alexa ranking is too high so I would suggest you to comment regularly on other blogs in your niche not only to get backlings that will increase your PR but most importantly to build relations with other bloggers and their audience.

Of course the best option would be to start guest blogging on authority blogs on your niche if you have time and can write top quality blog posts.
