SEO monthly report

Hi-

I am considering seo services for a number of my websites. I'm not interested in paid links or spam comments. I'm more interested in search engine analysis, traffic tracking, keyword analysis, etc.

My understanding is that typically one receives a monthly report from the seo company or seo person they've hired with the pertinent info. Does anyone happen to have a sample report I can see so I know what I should be expecting/ asking for?

Well what i have learn in SEO that people will send you only some links and ranking report only. Not more than that.

RankTracker can do this kind of report for you. It has all kinds of details about traffic, rankings, etc. A bit pricey, however.
