INB4 bad content or no back links or not enough time waited.

I have an EMD...

Content = I have worked harder on this than most of my other sites.

+ The site has a purpose...it isn't an article mill.

Site has great backlinks.

Pr 4, pr 5, pr 6 guest posts on related sites.

No where in SERPS for main keyword (EMD)

Site is almost a year old.

Sometimes Google just don't like a site.

Has nothing to do with google liking a site. You
would have to replace one, which most people
forget. So, why should google replace a site
with yours? Google needs a reason to move
your site up. Think about it. What would happen if
you got to #1? Would the site that you replaced
just not be liked anymore by google?

You probably don't have high PR backlinks, as guest
posts on blogs would most likely have PR n/a. The
PR of the main index page does not mean every page
has PR. Warriorforum is PR5, but this thread is PR n/a.
It will not give you a PR5 backlink.

Sometimes google doesn't hate sites, they just have
no reason to replace any. There are, in fact, billions
of websites for them to choose from, not just yours.

I think people take google way too personal. They could
care less about you or your site, and certainly don't
care where you think you should rank. People vastly
overestimate their website's worth.

You over emphasize an EMD as well. That shows what
your mindset is. You list that first, as if it should have
some magical power.

1, I am not new to this. I makes the money bra.

2, I don't look for EMD's. This is the only one in my website portfolio. But my experience an EMD + Backlinks gernerally gets you in the top 1000.

3, I have HIGH PR HP links in portfolio.

Or sometimes Google has previously flagged a domain? Otherwise check for duplicate content. Does webmaster tools say anything? Strange to not be in 1000. Sounds like a penalty of some kind. I've been there and came back but not suggesting its same thing here. My problem was new domain plus duplicate content I didn't notice.

I also have a EMD, that was indexed about 2 weeks ago by google and it still does not rank in 1000 top.

From my experience with other EMD i used they usually rank fast top 100-300 without backlinks. But i did some backlinks to it social network and bookmarks.

The content is unique, i think maybe google given to this domain some kind of penalty or something in past.

Is there there a possibility to find out if google have given a penalty to a specific domain name, website etc.
