Default What do you think of the baclinking strategy?

I have new website with low competition keywords. I'm planning to do baclinking through fiverr, I will do the following:

1. Social bookmarking from high PR websites 20 links
2. Link wheel with 6 high pr blogs and the 3000 links on them.
3. Article directory submissions
4. .edu and .gov links
5. Profile links or link pyramids not sure.

So can any body tell me is this strategy good for ranking an easy low competition kw? Is the order fine or should I change/add something?

Forget all that. Write some good well-written content targeting the low competition keywords. Make sure your site layout is good in terms of internal SEO. Add silo style posts (look up Yukon's strategy) to the site and bookmark them. Get a few good high pagerank links to all pages. Honestly, I'd forget about linkwheels, directories, .edus, .govs and profile links.

For the higher PR links try BMR, Press Releases, Extremely Selective Blog posts/ Edu/Gov comments (here, I'm talking about manual ones that you'd do yourself because you have some knowledge of the subject), contextual hp links.

If you're going to use fiverr - well, what can I say. It comes through experience. Don't let the vendors "add extras" where they'll blast your pages on some ****ty software. The best gigs I've found that actually work at Fiverr are manual bookmarking gigs. There's a girl team that will do great manual submissions for BMarking, Videos and Articles and they are to limited services that work and have shown results. It's all alearning game and I wish you luck!

Hmmm this strategy is good but seems not much satisfying.I watched out that you haven't mention about contents anywhere. You should keep in mind that "content is king". First fill you site with quality contents then only do SEO stuffs.

You'll need hundred of pages. Google is about content - and good content. Focus on that...

Pagerank all matters for quality. But with that it is also matters for the high conversion rate & less bounce rate, more inbound links & less outbound links, and quality content. Though you do not have more backlinks but yet due to the quality content you can get high pagerank for your site. So you can use article and blog method to display on your site and also make use of social media with these methods to get more engagement of people to your site.

Hi Folks,

I just joined on Warrior Forum a couple of minutes ago. Bigcat1967 said that you need hundreds of pages to be huge for Google to start SEO work off page but is this really necessary? I see so many pages on Google that barely have two or three pages but are on top.

When can I actually start off page optimization. I am currently with just one page but shall be adding four to five more soon so when do I start optimizing and is Article submission and blog posting the best way for a tiny website like mine to start off page SEO with?

No, you don't need 100's of pages for a micro niche site with lowish search volume...Whether it stands the test of time over 1, 2, 5 years etc is another matter, but you can still easily rank sites with easy keywords with one page with one article on it.

For more authority aiming websites then obviously you need a ton of pages for the long term to build up trust and relationships, but thats a different subject altogether from easy to rank keyword niche sites.

Building backlinks to backlinks is the effective backlinking strategy. It is quickly and easily to uese. Although you can do this with free tools, you’ll see you get quicker results when you’re using what I think are essential tools.
