It is pretty obvious that if you build a site in a high paying niche and the traffic is targeted, then the payouts for contextual revenue as a publisher is going to be higher.

Yes, but that often lead to creating MFA sites.... which adsense don't like..

I know there are many high paying keywords and keyword phrases anywhere from the range you are saying but what is your point?

It's useless to use these keywords in copyrighted contents... Most people use these keywords hoping to have higher CPC but ended up banned by adsense.. It is not advisable to use a keyword outside your interest...
