Lost Google Ranking, How to Regain???

My blog ranking used to be at 5th to 8th number on the first page for many relevant key terms for my content, but since last two months, google threw my blog in the 6th page, so traffic loss was immense. I tried to figure out the reasons but can't understand it. Also, i had PR3 but then Google demoted the page to PR0 ;(
I have taken just one measure to resolve the issue, as i use blogger platform, i have used a script to turn all outbound links to NO Follow, as i read it somewhere that it is a Important to have No follow Outbound links as more outbound links cause search engine to take this as link exchange type of technique so pagerank is lost. But still nothing is working, and i am looking forward to any good solution to this problem. i did some changes in the meta tags to make it more simple with less keyword and reasonable length of title & description but still nothing is working.
I hope i get some tips or any idea? you can see the blog in my Signature Link.

You should probably delete all your content and start over. Write 100% unique, High quality content. Something people will actually read.

Quality first, after that you can promote it. Without quality, your promotion can be useless because Google, and readers did not like rubbish site.

Just keep building links and you'll bounce back. It can take a while though. I had a site sitting on #14 which did a long dance with google, and got back at #2 after 3 months.

I check the home page and on first look i saw the post are repeating on your home page. Search engine dont like duplicate contents on the web page and result in losing the keyword ranking on search engine.

Have a site which was #1 and #2 for YEARS (literally), just checked and it must have dropped to #9 the last days/weeks.

I think that Google starts to devalue and downrank anything which is only remotely related to clickbank/affiliates sites etc. Something going on LIKELY since beginning of this year. I am shocked seeing my site at #9 being top for so many years.

Well I have submitted to hundreds of Directories. Its rank was higher even when i had fewer backlinks. One thing i understand from your answers is the duplicate content. That i Never Considered Before. Thanks for this and Any other Suggestion?

If you want to have your posts on your front page use execerts with a read more link to the full article. Also google wants fresh content more then ever before and is ranking the sites with that content higher in there search.

Make sure that all that you create is relevent and not copied from other sites.

You need to check out the quality of the links your are building. Try putting some high pr, edu and gov links to get it moving.

Weed out all of the site’s poor-content pages, particularly those that have duplicates (that have no proper link attribution to your site) first.

Focus on generating high quality links (content-driven links) to support and push back the site rankings.

What if I leave older pages intact and stop posting duplicate content from now onwards?? would it affect my ranking within a month or it will take more time???

Get rid of any and all duplicate content. Also, I doubt it's my connection, but your page loads extremely slow, that also gets you penalized.

Decrease also the size of your site so it will not take too long to load. Minimize the sizes of the pictures that you have and view only 1 post per page.

Ditto here... My site was on page #1 for "Marbled cray fish" in google .ca and now I am dropped back to page 6 or 7

Same keywords in google.com and was on page 3 and now dropped to page 8! HUGE setback. And it is all original content. The only thing that has been different was the purchase of a bunch of backlinks for that keyword :/

The page rank still hasn't changes (PR3), but I wonder what is really happening

curious why you put dupe posts on your site?
