Can you enter specific keyword search phrases into Scrapebox? i.e: "I want to lose weight". Will it pull up blogs with those keywords?

yes, definitely. You can take it a step further by entering a single keyword into the "keyword scraper" which will generate a ton of similar keywords. Then plug these into the search harvester and search for them all at once. If you need to enter quotes around your keywords you can avoid doing it manually by using: Add Prefix and/or Suffix into Each Text Line
