Checking ranks with rank tracker, a few questions.

I have the free version of rank tracker and run my site a few times a week really when ive done something major to my site. I have about 200 keywords that id like to get somewhere in google, 1st page would be nice but doesnt have to be there yet.
Anyways when I run the software and it finished to see the results. I get many "not in googles top 100" which is ok I understand what that means but then I get a few keywords/pages that are emplty, so it says Google (nothing) Bing (not in top 100) Yahoo (not in top 100) And course the pages that are ranked show what number the fall in.

What does the empty space mean? That those pages are not indexed or that the software has just skipped it. Thanks for any help in advcance!
