Invalid CLicks

I wanna ask a question about invalid clicks,I'm gonna make flash game site for only my country (Georgia) and I think this site will have 500-1000 + visitors per day,I wanna place ads on this site but I worry about invalid clicks :

If a visitor opens a game and clicks on ad (I will place ads like this,when visitor opens a game at first ads is shown,I will place other ad banners too),than this same visitor wants to play other game,opens another game and clicks on ad there too,second time,its invalid click,right?! I am scared because of it,if it happens google will ban me?!
How to protect my account from that? or what's your advice guys?

oh,and one more question,I use hostgator for my domains,I have Baby Plan,If I will have 1000-2000 visitors per day,will I have any problems with hostgator?! Is many visits problem?
