Is this homepage lacking enough text for SEO?

Dilemma time...

I am having a new site built. Here is the mock of the homepage that's being hosted on the developer's site:

http://egbsystem.net/pieceofcake/html/index.html

Does the homepage lack enough text for effective SEO?

I really think the homepage looks nice and neat and compact, but something in the back of my head says it isn't set up too well for SEO.

If not - where should I put the text? And how much of it?

Text isn't always necessary. I see sites that display just amazon products on their home page and they are ranked high in a high traffic keyword. Have a quality site and do SEO and you will see the rank you want in time.

Your homepage is good enough.Just keep the SEO stuffs on the keyword of your site and you will be ranked better in SERPs.
