I just found out and saw someone has copied my content to multiple different websites, exactly same content that i had originally on my website. as a result, my rankings fell. i am sure anyone can hurt anyones website like that... will my site comeback up again? and how long does it take since my site had the content originally? would google know that someone has copied my site and pasted same content all over? |

Are you sure your ranking dropping due to duplicate contents?? Because Google know who copied from where. But i you are not sure then try these things to solve the problem 1) frequently check your contents, if it has copied and update it 2) contents the website owner those have copied your contents 3) protect your contents with "copyscape" 4) complaint about this issue to Google Best of luck |

And Stuart, What you said is for removing the content from Google.com. .. And its a bit very long process. And it will take some more time to process your Application ![]() .. I think to find out the scrapers . This Particular Section is effective "https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dGM4TXhIOFd3c1hZR2NHUDN1NmllU0E6M Q&ndplr=1" You can use this to report the Scrapers than this . Coz they are in need of some data points to identify the scrapers. | |

If he has copied on many places, then I would suggest you to re-write your website's content to improve value of your domain. or you can also send a mail to him remove content, he has copied. And if you re-write the content, regularly check your content for duplicacy.

This is really sad think that people are doing such activities. One thing that I want to tell you that if you are facing such problem then don’t delay to tell about this to Google. Panda is updated you need to do something on this as you can fall all ranking of your website. Just tell him about this by following link https://www.google.com/webmasters/to...amreport?hl=en |

If you want to avoid someone from copying your content easily, better install some kind of plugin or script that disables them to copy-paste by using the mouse. Also, protect it with Copyscape and use Google Help if needed.

Under this condition, the best thing you should do is contact those websites' administrators and tell them remove your contents, if they won't do what you tell, contact their hosting provider or report the site to those copyright protection orgnizations like DMCA.

We've had something similar happen and some of the comments you've received previously are applicable. Ask him/her to take the content down and if they don't, report and they'll be contacted to take it down. The worst thing is that it can hurt you without helping them too much. Still, I guess if you have something and they have nothing...their thought is they might as well steal from you and get a LITTLE of what you have...sucks. |

The first thing you have to do is send notice to the website owner giving them a time frame to take down the content and telling them that within x amount of days if you do not comply you will send a DMCA request to their hosting provider. If they do not respond you have to send a DMCA request listing each copied article and referencing each of your articles copied. IE.. His articles: hxxp://blah blah blag hxxp://blah blah blag My articles: hxxp://original article one hxxp://original article two At the same time send a DMCA through googles online interface and they will want the same information. If they have an adsense account report them through adsense as well. Now begin to hold your breath as google works very slowly due to the sheer amount of DMCA requests. The hosting provider for the thief will likely take action before google even notices. Last year I had a guy scrape my content into his auto blogging empire and had over 200 of my posts republished in full, including copyright notice, to each blog...that was a lot of article referencing. Luckily the host wiped him out fast. The scraper was stealing the rss feed and never bothered to notice until his host canned him...3 months later Google replied to my DMCA saying the blog I cited didn't exist |
