IS it worth adding Meta title/ description/ keywords on my website products

Hello, just doing my site and uploading parts via prestashop, and npticed there is a section asking me to add the following for each product entered;


Meta title

Meta description:

Meta keywords:

is worth the time filling these in for each part, i have 300+ off each car broken for spares.

advice would b appreciated

is this what some companies charge you for when they say with can improve your seo? and get you on page 1 or 2 of google?

so basically they go through all your web pages and add these?
