Hello, looking for advice on PPC and ADSENSE certification

I have heard that ppc is a way to get good amount of money but I am learning about it from internet. I think that who has certification in ppc and adsense have better chances for getting a project. So, I want to know from where I can get this certification and how much amount of money I have to spend. Is there any way to learn ppc in a fast way.. Please guide me. I am just a learner.
