Help with Link Wheel links please

I am a bit confused about the URLs that link the spokes together in a link wheel. Should they be to the page that your Dofollow link is actually on, which often seems to have PR 0, or should you link to the homepage of the site your link is on?

the page which you are targeting for your keyword. According to me pr doesn't matter in case of link building you are getting link from pr none site. So dont be bother about pagerank

It does not matter whether the link is on high PR page or low PR... All that matters is the relevancy of the page and the web page of your website.

Make sure, when you are linking the spokes to your website, the content is highly relavant to that particular page of website.

Thanks, thats a great help. I have some spokes just linked to signatures that are dofollow. I suppose i should change that to posts that are relevant, dofollow and have the signature.
It is awkward to know what to do though, as, for example, my articles on Ezinearticles have the keywords in them, but SeoQuake says the signatures on the articles are nofollow. It is only the profile signature that is dofollow.

Ok thanks, I think i get it now. I am treating this as a challenge doing the SEO for my wifes`s website. The hardest challenge was for the most common search words. We are up to page 5 for "Dog Clothes UK" on Google UK and rising all the time. Quite pleased as the site is only 5 months old.
