Expiry date when domain buying

Hello

I have never used dropday before but I was looking at the free version of this tool and I can see that of course all the domains have expired.

There is one name that is through NameJet that I am interested in however it lists the expiry date as 18 Nov 2011 (the creation date is sometime in 2007 so it was an aged domain)

I am wondering if I purchase a domain that says "expires on 18 Nov 2011" will it show the creation date as the date I purchase it (in other words it will be dropped) or will Namejet show the domain as continuous once it is purchased?

I suggest you to register a new domain which is risk free.
