HELP A NEWBIE: Heavy Traffic Techniques

Hello everyone here at Warrior Forum!

Before I go into the main reason of my post today, I'd like to give a little background of myself. I am from the Philippines and I am just starting out my life as a CPA marketer. I have just been accepted at CJ.com, clickbooth.com, affiliate.com, and markethealth.com.

Actually, I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines, but if you Google the ratio of nurses VS hospitals here in the Philippines it'll be 9999999999999999999999:1 respectively. That is why I turned to the one thing I love (or I think I'm good at) besides resuscitating a dying patient - internet and technology.

To tell you the truth, I have enrolled under IM gurus. I'm currently learning right now. But I don't really know how far I have gone in my learnings because I can't gauge it. I do not have very much experience regarding CPA marketing because I have just entered the arena of internet marketing, and like many newbies out there, I too ask the same question: "How to get from LEVEL 0 to LEVEL 1?"

I think I'm in Level 0.65 right now

I am currently promoting a campaign right now for a CPA offer, and I would like to ask the established and experienced internet marketers here in Warrior Forum their techniques for generating vast amounts of traffic to their CPA offers.

I plan to do PPC, but my pockets won't allow me. Believe me, as a person who lives in a 3rd world country, spending $60 for risky PPC ads is like suicide here - even worse.

I also would like to use craigslist to post ads, however, they do phone verification whenever you want to post an ad in the US, I tried solutioning it by purchasing a US number and forwarding any call or messages to my phone here in the Philippines, but it still says "Phone number not verified".

Well, anyway, I still employ Social Media in my campaigns though, but really, I do need some guidance regarding this matter. If there is someone reading this who would be so kind enough to let me in on their secret traffic generation for CPA marketing... I'd be happy and thankful to hear it.
