Default Why are Clickbank products rarely in Google Ads?

Hey
I was thinking of using Google Adwords to promote my clickbank info product in the health niche, but starting to wonder why there are no CB products advertised when I do a search in my niche.

It's always physical products with a basic sales pitch being advertised with Google.

My product has a huge long sales pitch and call to action and maybe this is why Google doesn't like this kind of product.

Does anyone have experience with that?
