How can someone else see the Google +1's I did for their site?

Hi -

I have been offering services on fiverr to Google +1 URLs to others. I have only recently found out that they cannot see the plus ones I did for them on my Google + profile, that is info only I can see when I am signed in to Google.

Is there a sharing/privacy setting I can change to fix this? It is a pain to make them add their site to Google Webmasters Tools, just so they can see the +1's I did for their URLs, especially if it is full a large number of sites.

Does anyone know of any other way for someone to check who +1'd their websites? I thought perhaps there might be a special type of Google search someone can do, but if there is, I don't know it.

Please help!
