How can I rank my website for a specific location?

I want to rank first page of Google for a long tail keyword and I want to rank for a USA city Oak Park.

Just wanted to know how can I do it? Is it same as traditional SEO? If I use

"Best Wooden Furniture in Oak Park"

will this keyword be good enough for local SEO? Or I need to do something different?

Can anyone help me?
