If my site shows in google with a / at the end..?

For instance it shows as mysite.com/blog/.....

For the most part I have been linking to mysite.com/blog but since it shows in google as something else is it better to start linking back using the / at the end.

Don't worry about, you ranking won't be effected by this. You'r link with or with out a / ends up on the same page, therefore the backlink is just as effective.

I'm also pretty sure that this isn't handled by a (301) redirect, no link juice is lost in the process.

It is handled by a 301 redirect and shows no backlinks to the url with the /....
