Dynamic Keyword Insertion in Wordpress

I know there is a WSO somewhere - but i wonder whether other people have some input there.

It's about DKI (dynamic keyword insertion) into WORDPRESS posts..with the goal to create dynamic titles, headlines etc. based on a paramater in the URL.

(Use would be adwords and better quality score)

There are such PHP scripts around for simple non WP pages...but i wonder what solutions are there for Wordpress...and in particular if its even possible to dynamically change the Title and maybe URL.

Think about adwords campaigns which target several hundred cities...and depending on keyword like "pet store in [CITY NAME]"...it should dynamically display the post/page with matching title/url etc.

I'm looking for the same thing, which made your post pop up in Google. I feel like I remember seeing that plugin in a WSO, but can't find it anywhere. Hopefully this bump will get in the eyes of someone who knows where it is.
