Adsense site question: How do you find out the highest paid keyword?

Hi...

I am planning to build a full on killer website with loads
of free content to serve the visitors, and then monetize
by putting Adsense ads on the site.

One slight problem here is, I am choosing between a
few niches (niches that have NOTHING to do with
money making), and I only have time to handle one of
these websites at the moment.

So in order to maximize the ROI of the time I spend
on this project, I want to choose the niche that
has got the most expensive keyword.

Can anyone tell me how I can find that out please?

if you want to find the most expensive keyword, just login to your adwords account, use adwords keyword tools. just enter any keyword you would like to target, it will show out average CPC.

But, I think I have to tell you the truth. The most expensive keyword is NOT really the highest paying clicks. In facts, we do not know how much percentage we will get paid for each clicks. Sometimes, low paying keywords generate higher earnings per click than expensive keywords.
