Perhaps you have seen .edu backlinks being sold. In this thread, I would like to give some tips to find .Edu sites. While all the websites obtained might not make it possible to post a link or a comment, I still believe that this method is to be used with moderation. 1 - Go to google 2 - Type in the search box: "your keyword" inurl:blog site:.edu Alternatively, you could type: site:.edu inurl:blog "your keyword" "comment" The results might not be many if your keyword is nichy. In general, I find it better to go for broad keywords. One of the querry mentionned earlier [site:.edu inurl:blog "fitness training" "comment"] led me to find 77 results according to google. |

Pretty old, but some people may not be aware of these footprints. If you want to take it to the next level use Scrapebox. You can enter thousands of keywords at once and really speed things up. |

Search in Google using these search strings. All this are really good working strings. - “keyword phrase”+inurl:blog site:.edu - “keyword phrase”+inurl:blog site:.gov - site:.edu inurl:blog “keyword phrase” - site:.gov+wp-admin - site:.gov+blog - site:.gov+comment.php - site:.gov+”submit site” - site:.gov+”submit your site” - site:.gov+”add url” - site:.edu inurl:blog “keyword” “comment” - site:gov – ”you must be logged in” -”comment closed” - site:edu – ”you must be logged in” -”comment closed” |

Yep, footprints have been there for a long time, but not a lot of Googlers know that they actually exist. There's a site that was given to me by a superior that helped me look for some blogs. What it actually does is transfer you to Google by searching stuff using the search term you entered, plus the corresponding footprint to your choice of blog. The DoFollow blog doesn't really cut it, but the rest is okay. Try looking for dropmylink over at Google. |
